Active candidates and clinics: for the duration of the active relationship, plus 12 months following last contact.
Unplaced or inactive contacts: up to 12 months from submission, after which we will delete your data or request renewal of your consent.
Placed candidates: up to 6 years, in line with standard contractual limitation periods.

After these periods, your data will be securely deleted from our systems.
